Reflection: Digital technologies and me

  As a teacher and student in today's world, I use digital technologies a lot in my workplace and at home. I grew up with technology, so I'm good at using it. These tools have changed how I learn, talk to people, and how I see the world.  Digital technologies have changed the way I get and understand information. The internet helps me learn because I can find lots of information quickly. During the ILT module, I learned about different websites that can make learning fun for both in-person and online classes. Some of these are Twee, Genially, Bamboozle, Kahoot, Quizziz, and Padlet. Now, I can make my lessons more interesting for my students, and they can also learn on their own after class. Teachers like Kay Livingston and Rae Condie say that it's important to help students learn how to learn and to organize information from different places.
