Reading techniques

Today we're going to talk about two special ways to read things. The first way is called skimming. It's like when you quickly look through a book or a page to find the most important information. You can read the first and last sentences of each paragraph to get the main idea. The next way is called scanning, and it's like when you're searching for something specific. You look over the page, maybe underline important words, and find the information you need. These two ways can help us understand things better when we read!
